Log book
We keep a log book on all our students
(diagnostic, advice given, drills suggested), so we can follow
the improvement of
each one over time.
Many weeks later, we can then easily track all the work done, and
follow the changes.
We also archive videos. So you can laugh at your first swings in
a few years time :-)
Questions / answers
Individual
or group lessons ?
If the students are at a similar
level, it is quite possible to go for a group lesson.
You can also start with individual lessons, and then join a group
to work on the long term.
How
much time do I need ?
We recommend that the first lesson takes a whole
hour, so we have time to make a proper check up of your swing, with
the help of the video.
The next step varies according to the goals and availability of
each individual.
Which
frequency ?
The first lesson is a bit longer, so we can solidly
establish the changes that are necessary.
The next ones are shorter, and spaced out more and more, so you
have time to work on your own between sessions.
Alternating private lessons with an occasional group course is a
great complement.
Over all, the only true way to improve a swing
is over time, and there is no shortcuts...
But having a pro following your path is a great
way to avoid wasting time and efforts in the wrong direction !
Lesson
on the range or on the course ?
Both are important, but they are not the same
type of work.
The learning of a new movement can only be done through repetition,
and that is impossible on the course. It's only when the move becomes
a little bit more intuitive that it can blossom on the course.
On the range you create, on
the course you apply.
Practice = technical
work and repetition
You worry very little about the ball flight,
your attention is on your movement and your senses.
The pro guides your movement.
olf course = Intuition
work as free as possible from verbal commands
You react to your target, you focus on your goal. You concentrate
on the shot that is needed, and all your energy is used to visualize
it..
The pro guides your choices.
